Service agreement
By requesting a quote or booking a delivery with No. 1 Courier Services ("No. 1 Courier," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. We provide same-day, rush, and scheduled courier services across the Phoenix metropolitan area and statewide Arizona.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on distance, vehicle type, service level, and timing. The price you approve is the price you pay. After-hours, weekend, and pallet/freight deliveries are quoted on request. Call dispatch or use our online quote form for an exact price.
Liability and insurance
No. 1 Courier carries full commercial auto and cargo insurance. Liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value of the package, up to our policy limits. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
Cancellations
Cancellations made before driver dispatch incur no charge. Cancellations after a driver has been dispatched may be subject to a trip fee.
HIPAA and confidential handling
Medical specimen and sensitive document deliveries are handled in accordance with HIPAA chain-of-custody requirements. Drivers are trained, background-checked, and uniformed.
Payment
Account customers are invoiced through QuickBooks. Payment terms are net 30 unless otherwise agreed. One-time deliveries may require payment at time of booking.
