How do I get a laptop back from a terminated remote employee?
Send us the employee's address and the list of equipment. We contact them directly to schedule a pickup window, arrive with packing materials if needed, inventory what we collect, and deliver it to your office or IT depot with signature and photo proof. You never have to chase the employee yourself, and the handoff is documented end to end.
What happens if the employee won't hand over the equipment?
Our driver documents the attempt with time, date, and photos, and reports back the same day. We do not force a confrontation. What you get is a clean, timestamped record of the attempt, which is what HR and legal need before escalating. We can schedule a second attempt at a different time if that helps.
Do you provide boxes and packing materials?
Yes, on request. For laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals we bring appropriate packing so the employee doesn't have to source anything. Tell us what you expect to be collected and we'll come prepared.
How is the equipment tracked and documented?
Every pickup is inventoried at the door. You get signature-plus-printed-name proof of delivery, photo documentation of the equipment's condition at collection, and GPS-tracked custody from pickup to drop-off. Our drivers are background-checked and uniformed.
